Located in downtown Tulsa’s entertainment and cultural district, the Woody Guthrie Center offers three spaces available for weddings, receptions or rehearsal dinners, corporate parties, fundraisers, events, meetings and more. The Main Gallery is perfect for receptions and events, while the Classroom is suited for meetings and smaller dinners. The Theater is a more intimate space perfect for a ceremony, performance or presentation.

Certain levels of membership receive varying facility rental discounts. Non-Profit rates are for eligible groups only. Scheduling is subject to availability with costs to include, but not limited to, WGC out-of-pocket expenses, catering, AV equipment and/or technician and outside costs associated with your event. An onsite venue liaison and basic operational equipment are available at no additional fee, as well as limited chairs, tables and linens. Use of video screens is available for an additional fee. Additional charges for collateral for marketing or ticketing may apply. An hourly charge will be applied for overages in the gallery, classroom, and theater. Rentals will be considered confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement. A 50% deposit of total rental fee is due upon signing of rental agreement. Balance will be due at conclusion of event. During your site visit our sales staff will provide you with the Woody Guthrie Center Preferred Vendor List. You are welcome to use your own vendors upon WGC approval.
